I have been trying to reopen your case. For free.

Multiple rejected filings from an Immigration Judge in West Los Angeles Immigration Court.
FACTS:
07/20/1973 You were born in Guatemala
02/17/1994 You came to the United States and someone helped you apply for asylum. You were likely unaware you were scheduled for an interview, so were issued an “order to show cause” when you did not show
At some point in 1995, a hearing notice may have been sent to your Los Angeles address, but you never received it because certified mail was returned to the sender. The notice ordered you to appear before an immigration judge (IJ) on
02/12/1996 but you didn’t know so didn’t appear. This resulted in deportation in your absence. You either left the United States or stayed
09/14/2019 Through no fault of your own, US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) consolidated your A number with that of another woman from Mexico.
08/22/2022 and 06/08/2023 Although that woman was eligible to adjust her status in the United States, USCIS claimed “an IJ ordered her removed” (under your name and A number) in 1996.
10/31/2023 An IJ agreed to reopen your case to see if you two were the same women but
04/12/2024 ultimately denied the motion based on the absurd notion that you may not have consented to free legal representation by a previous attorney
12/14/2025, 12/31/2025, 01/06/2026, 01/20/2026, 02/03/2026, 03/11/2026, 04/13/2026, 04/21/2026 An IJ consistently rejects my motions claiming the same. That is, I am trying to “intervene” on your behalf but mostly because s/he is trying to avoid some professional/ethical conflict.
The other woman was never in deport proceedings, so I am already entered as your attorney of record on the court’s system. Yet all rejection notices claim I am not, as if you would oppose free legal services
My search for your name has yielded only a Salvadoran immigration lawyer in Arizona and a Miss Nicaragua in another state. The dates do not match.
If you happen to read this and are interested in free legal services, please get in touch.
