About Us

Origin Story
Serena Siew and Jackelyn Villatoro are what seasoned immigration professionals previously call “one-woman shows.” They were willing to do the dirty work. They never had attitudes. They got deeply involved in clients’ lives. They loved the work, not the politics.
“Their hearts were always in the right place,” says one colleague. “And they do what they say.” While other firms advertised customer service, “Serena and Jackie always delivered,” especially in “Hail Mary” situations. They form a rare duo whose only true mission was to serve.

Background in Industry
Serena A. Siew, Esq. never wanted her own business. “I was never good at the business side of things,” she confesses. “But I had the fortune to meet amazing paralegals at my (usually short-lived) stints at immigration firms and they always kept in touch with me, both here and abroad. Jackie is one example. She would always put whatever evidence she could collect in front of me and knew I churned out quality work.
Jackelyn Villatoro is a true multi-tasker. Unlike Serena. She can run multiple businesses, organize legal documents, and file any application at a moment’s notice. She and Serena love purposeful efficiency and never believed in a culture of casting blame. They were always the type of workers you could lock away and never worry about because they have impeccable work ethic and move cases quickly.
